Terms and Conditions of the 62bet — Clear Rules for Everyone

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service available on the 62bet platform (accessible at 62bet.life), the user expressly confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any point described here, you must not create an account or use 62bet's services.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the player and 62bet. To create an account on 62bet and use its services, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not have been previously banned or permanently excluded from 62bet or any platform operated by the same group;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or first-degree relative of any 62bet staff member.

62bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify compliance with the above requirements. Submitting false documents or incorrect information will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any available balances.

3.1 Account Uniqueness

Each player may hold only one active account at 62bet. Creating multiple accounts using different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other method to circumvent this rule is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, bonus balances will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals will be reviewed.

3.2 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity carried out on their account. 62bet recommends using strong passwords (combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and advises players never to share their login credentials with anyone.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• The player's identity must be verified (KYC completed);
• The Pix key provided must be registered to a bank account held under the same CPF on file at 62bet;
• Any active bonus must have its rollover requirement met before the equivalent balance can be withdrawn;
• The balance available for withdrawal must be R$ 30.00 or more.

5.2 Processing Time

Pix withdrawals are approved and processed in up to 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays. In exceptional situations requiring additional verification (first withdrawal above R$ 5,000.00 or discrepancies in registered details), processing may take up to 24 hours.

5.3 Limits and Fees

6.1 Welcome Bonus

6.2 Parlay Bonuses

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated;

• Each player is entitled to a single welcome bonus over the lifetime of their account;
• 62bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through incorrect information, multiple accounts, or any other conduct that constitutes abuse;
• Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the balance with no possibility of recovery;

7.1 Betting Rules

• The minimum bet is R$ 2.00 per selection;
• Bets are considered confirmed only once a ticket with a reference number has been displayed;
• If the connection drops before confirmation, the bet is not registered and the amount is not charged;
• Odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds — any subsequent fluctuations do not affect already confirmed bets;
• 62bet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from players identified as professional bettors with a pattern of systematically exploiting odds errors.

7.2 Cancellations and Postponements

If an event is canceled or postponed for a period exceeding 24 hours, related bets will be refunded at odds of 1.00 (full stake returned). For parlays, the cancelled event is removed and the bet is recalculated with the remaining selections. Events postponed by less than 24 hours are kept as normal.

7.3 Cash Out

The cash out feature lets players settle a bet before the final result. The offered amount is calculated in real time based on current odds. Cash out may not be available on all markets or at specific moments during an event. 62bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend cash out during periods of live data instability.

8.1 RTP and Randomness

8.2 Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpot prizes are accumulated in BRL and paid in full to the winner via Pix. For network-wide jackpots (such as Mega Moolah), the amount may vary due to conversion from the original currency to BRL at the time of payment. 62bet uses the reference exchange rate from the Banco Central do Brasil in effect on the payment date.

8.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a confirmed technical malfunction in any casino game, all affected bets are voided and the amounts are returned to the player's balance. 62bet is not liable for payouts resulting from bugs or display errors in partner providers' games.
